Paolo Bizzarri
Biography
Paolo Bizzarri completed his bachelor degree in Physiotherapy in 2012 at Ferrara University, and achieved a 1st level Master in “Rehabilitation of Musculoskeletal disorders” (IFOMPT recognized) at Genova University in 2014. Previously he had graduated in Physical Education and Human Movement at Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, Milan, in 2007. Since 2013 he works as private practitioner with musculoskeletal patients in Italy. He is also a collaborator and promotor for the Master Thesis in the 1st Level IFOMPT Master in “Manual Therapy applied to Physiotherapy”, University of Rome "Tor Vergata", and lecturer in post-graduate courses for physiotherapists on spinal and temporomandibular disorders. He has been a PhD researcher in Rehabilitation Science and Physiotherapy since 2019. His research focus on temporomandibular disorders and headaches, and the effects of physiotherapeutic program on craniofacial pain and disability. He is a member of the Italian Study Group on Craniomandibular Disorders (GSID).
